- This residential project for 5000 Ministry employees is a part of the Urban and Master Planning for the Infrastructure of the Youth City in Baghdad made in collaboration with FG Tecnopolo, Comapagnia del Progetto and Filippo Martines. The ministerial district is able to host 5000 people in 890 housing of variable size. The intervention consists of a 22 floors high tower building and 13 in-line buildings as to form semi public courtyards, with a height between 4 to 6 floors. The buildings are set on a series of islands interconnected by bridges. On each island there is a thematic garden. Each apartment has an internal garden. Parking lots are located in the basement of the 3 residential islands which are more easily reached by land.
