This refurbishment of a penthouse in the new built area in Acilia, Rome is set in a residential block that tops all the neighbouring buildings allowing a wonderful view of the Thyrrenian Sea.
The project consists of the demolition of the external perimeter of the living area of the penthouse in order to increase the size of the flat including a part of the terrace.
